Elevated expressions of the classic “offset” kitchen knife, Spyderco’s Z-Cut™ designs position their handles above the level of the blade instead of in line with it to provide greater clearance when working on a cutting board. Pointed Z-Cuts combine all the advantages of an offset knife design with an acute point that is perfect for detailed cutting tasks. They feature PlainEdge™ CTS® BD1N stainless steel blades and injection-molded polypropylene handles that come in a choice of red, green, or black.
